We only accept returns and refunds if the item is faulty or if you received the wrong item by our mistake. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer convenience.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Fill out the return form within 30 days of receiving your item.
English Version, Japanese Version - Once we receive your form, we will respond within 14 days to confirm whether your return request is accepted and provide further instructions via the email provided.
- If your return is accepted, send the original item to us, and we will provide you with a refund, including the shipping cost if applicable.

Will my shipping be refunded?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping cost.
Will I be charged for the exchange order?
We operate a free exchange policy, so you will not be charged.
Import Duties for EU Orders
・All orders destined for the EU are customs-free up to a value of €150.
・When ordering products for delivery outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once the products reach the specified delivery location.
・Any additional charges for customs and/or import clearance and other handling charges must be paid by you, as we have no control over these charges.
Will any import duties be refunded?
We are unable to refund any import duties paid on the original parcel.
