Delivery Policy

Processing and Production Time:

・The production process starts immediately after an order is placed, and most orders leave our UK factories the next working day. To ensure accuracy, we recommend allowing up to 3 working days for production.

・If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

・Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

・Delivery estimates depend on the destination and shipping option you choose at checkout. Please allow up to 3 working days for production, plus the following delivery times:

　-United Kingdom: 3-5 business days

　-European Union: 5-10 business days

　-International: 10-20 business days

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

・All orders destined for the EU are customs-free up to a value of €150.

・When ordering products for delivery outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, depending on the destination. These charges are levied once the products reach the specified delivery location.

・Any additional charges for customs and/or import clearance and other handling charges must be paid by you, as we have no control over these charges.

If your country isn't listed, we cannot ship to this location. In rare cases where we cannot ship to a country, it is usually due to limitations of our couriers or payment processing partners in that territory or the availability of other necessary services.

Packaging:

・All orders are shipped in sustainable, eco-friendly packaging, designed with the environment in mind and made from natural materials. Our packaging includes rip-proof, splash-proof mailers made from paper, decorated with a fun design that can be colored in or upcycled. Large orders come in cardboard boxes sealed with environmentally friendly tape. We don't include receipts in the bags, making them perfect for gifting.
